This blog was originaly called Beat the Hour as I my aim was to run a 10K in under an hour. I have now run three races under 60 minutes and I am now aming to get below 55 minutes.
Now 40 a lot fitter but still overweight.
Beaten the hour now going for 5 minutes below.
