Weekend Training
I got out for two sessions over the weekend. I am still mainly walking but I have changed to finding routes with some incline on them so that I can run up hill and get more out of the exercise.
I realize that I have problems with motivation when I am out running. I just don’t push myself enough and that has to change.
One of the routes I did this weekend is below.

Come and join us for some company. We’re all training for the Men’s Health Forum 10k in June and some of us are doing the Polaroid Series too. We run out of the Allander Sports Centre on a Sunday night at 5.00pm.
There are about 10 of us all of different standards.
Alternatively log onto Jogscotland and find a running group in your area to go with.
